Aircraft hangars are individually engineered to meet specific requirements and are flexible enough to satisfy even the most complex aviation needs. The hangars may be designed using gable symmetrical, gable unsymmetrical or single slope structural systems.

Crane Buildings

The building crane is a complex structural system consisting of the crane with trolley and hoist, crane rails and crane runway beams, structural supports, stops and bumpers.

Crane Type:

Gable Symmetrical

A ridged (double slope) building in which the ridge is in the center of the building.

Gable:

The triangular portion of the endwall from the level of the eave to the ridge of the roof.​

Gable Unsymmetrical

A ridged (double slope) building in which the ridge is off-center.​

Gable:

The triangular portion of the endwall from the level of the eave to the ridge of the roof.

Low rise construction.

Lean-To

Ideally suited to give you that extra space you need alongside your building. The Lean-to ties in at the eave of your building or below the eave and can provide a variety of uses, from just a covered area to a completely enclosed addition to your building.​

ROOF PANELS

BattenLok® HS Panel

BattenLok® HS is a mechanically field seamed, high strength structural standing seam roof system. The BattenLok® HS panels have a 2″ tall vertical seam and are available in both 12-inch and 16-inch widths. BattenLok® HS can be installed directly over purlins or bar joists and is capable of transitioning from roof to fascia. BattenLok® HS does not require a solid substructure for support.​

DOUBLE-LOK® PANEL

The Double-Lok® roof panel is a mechanically field-seamed, trapezoidal led standing seam roof system. Double-Lok® panels are available in 18-inch and 24-inch widths Double-Lok® requires a minimum slope of 1/4:12. Double-Lok® panels are ideal for industrial, commercial and architectural applications​

PBR Panel

The PBR panel is commonly used for a wide variety of architectural, agricultural, commercial and industrial applications. PBR is a structural panel and an exposed fastener panel that can be used for both roof and wall applications. The minimum roof slope for PBR is 1/2:12.​

PBC Panel

The PBC panels can be used for both roof and wall applications. PBC panels are attached to a building structure with exposed fasteners. The PBC panel is often used in horizontal applications on walls.​

PBU Panel

The PBU panel is an exposed fastener system that can be used for both roof and wall applications. PBU can be installed directly over purlins or joists. PBU offers the versatility of being used in both vertical and horizontal applications to give designers a contemporary appearance for their building project. PBU is recommended for 1:12 or greater roof slopes.​

SuperLok® Panel

SuperLok® is a mechanically field-seamed, vertical leg standing seam roof system that combines a 2″ tall rib with exceptional uplift resistance. It is available in both 12-inch and 16-inch widths. SuperLok® has been designed to withstand the most rigorous weather conditions. SuperLok® can be installed directly over purlins or bar joists. SuperLok® does not require a solid substructure for support.​

Ultra-Dek® Panel

The Ultra-Dek® roof panel is a snap-together, trapezoidal leg standing seam roof system. Ultra-Dek® panels are available in 18-inch and 24-inch widths. Ultra-Dek® requires a minimum slope of 1/4:12 and is ideal for industrial, commercial and architectural applications. Ultra-Dek® can be erected on various types of construction.​

WALL PANELS

AVP PANEL

The AVP panel is used for wall application and features pencil ribs, providing improved aesthetics to the building design.​

Features and Benefits:

The AVP panel allows for more insulation to be added behind the panel, providing greater insulating values that meet the energy codes and R-Value requirements. UL 263 internal fire rating is available.

ShadowRib™ Panel

ShadowRib™ is a 3″ deep panel that combines aesthetics, economy and function to bring definition to metal structures. ShadowRib™ is a proven performer and a versatile tool to the designer. Structural strength in the ShadowRib™ panel is accomplished without sacrificing appearance of design flexibility. The fluted face creates distinctive shadow lines.​

Designer™ Series Panel

The Designer™ Series panels provide the toughness of metal white creating an attractive, flexible and functional wall or fascia panel. The Designer™ Series is offered in fluted and flat panels, which are equally effective for new construction or retrofitting existing buildings. If your design calls for a smooth or flat wall or fascia, look to the Designer™ Series 12.0 Flat Panel. The Designer™ Series 12.0 Flat Panel offers a 1 3/4-inch deep leg providing the perfect cavity for rigid board insulation. ​ ​

FW-120 Panel

The FW-120 panel is a concealed fastener wall and liner panel that provides a flat appearance. FW-120 is commonly used for architectural, commercial and industrial markets. The heavy gauge offering provides for large spanning capabilities, particularly in composite wall applications.​

PBC Panel

The PBC panels can be used for both roof and wall applications. PBC panels are attached to a building structure with exposed fasteners. The PBC panel is often used in horizontal applications on walls.​

PBD Panel

The PBD panel is an exposed fastening panel system that can be used for roof and wall applications. When used in wall applications, panels can be installed vertically or horizontally. The ribs in the PBD panel are symmetrical from top to bottom, which makes this panel ideal as a roof liner.​

7.2 Insul-Rib Panel

The CF 7.2 Insul-Rib insulated metal panel combines a traditional 7.2 rib panel with a premier polyurethane insulated core. With a bold, ribbed pattern, this panel creates a unique architectural or industrial image. The 7.2 Insul-Rib panel can be installed both vertically and horizontally, allowing architects flexibility with design.​

Architectural Panel

The CF Architectural insulated metal panel is ideal for high-profile architectural applications with its flat, monolithic look. The panels are designed to be installed vertically or horizontally with concealed clips and fasteners in the side joint. Architectural wall panels provide a beautiful, flush appearance, allowing architects flexibility with design.

The CFR roof panel provides an unsurpassed weathertight seal and service life. Ideal for cold storage, commercial, industrial and institutional markets, the panel can be used on roof slopes as low at 1/2:12.

Flute Panel

The ribbed profile of the CF Flute insulated metal panel provides bold vertical lines complementary to almost any commercial or industrial buildings. The Flute wall panel is a suitable profile for the exterior of cold storage buildings. The bold vertical lines create a distinctive and visually appealing architectural and industrial image.​

HPCI Barrier Panel

The HPCI Barrier insulated metal panel provides superior air, water, thermal and vapor protection in a single-panel component. This unique insulated metal wall panel introduces new standards in cost savings, design integrity and sustainability. Easily and quickly installed in a single step, the HPCI Barrier eliminates the need for multiple work crews, minimizing construction debris and reducing the likelihood of improper installation. The HPCI Panel must be separated from the interior of the building by an approved thermal barrier of 0.5″ (12.7mm) gypsum wallboard to meet IBC requirements.​

LS-36 Panel

The LS-36 insulated metal panel provides versatility with design options while also attaining unmatched insulation values. Mesa Panel

The CF Mesa insulated metal panel is well suited for exterior and interior walls and ceiling applications. The lightly corrugated profile on both faces creates symmetry on the outside of the building and room to room within. The minor rib provides a flattened appearance. Mesa panels are ideal for cold storage, commercial, institutional and industrial applications.​

Santa Fe Panel

The CF Santa Fe panel has a flat exterior profile with a heavy, embossed stucco texture that mimics the look of a masonry stucco finish but with the added value of an insulated metal panel. The profile is flush with the warmness of an old-world finish, providing a visually pleasing building.

CF Striated Panel

The CF Striated insulated metal panel is an attractive alternative to typical flat wall panels. The exterior face is lightly profiled with narrow longitudinal striations, which create a subtle shadow effect but exhibit a virtually flat appearance from a short distance away. The Striated wall panel is an exceptional value, combining the aesthetics of a flat wall panel with the high insulation ratings of a polyurethane core.

The exterior surface of the panel is a hard aggregated fiber-reinforced polymer coating created with the factory-applied Tuff Cote® finish system. Tuff Cote® finish offers an extremely durable, impact and abrasion-resistant coating that can withstand severe weather conditions.
